PhoDrama uses your account email for sign-in, your saved list, viewing preferences and playback position to provide the viewer experience. Resume positions are separate from completion evidence and payout eligibility. Server-timed episode coverage, completion and review records support anti-abuse review and funded statements; financial credits require independent approval.

Private verification & payments

For paid memberships, authorized reviewers check your identity document, real introduction and any guardian evidence. Finance staff review payment screenshots and confirm received funds. These records stay separate from creator accounts and are never visible to other viewers. Contact support for retention details or a data request.

Choose age-appropriate stories

Read the audience guidance on each title. Parental-guidance titles ask for acknowledgment before playback. Mature titles require a verified adult account; contact viewer support for help. Current labels are platform audience guidance, not official classification certificates. Applicable Vietnam requirements must be reviewed before launch.

Make space for life off-screen

Next-episode autoplay is off by default. Break reminders pause playback at your chosen interval. Parents and guardians should watch with younger viewers and agree on limits that protect rest, learning and family time.

Your privacy controls

Clear saved stories and watch history from Profile. To request your information or account deletion, email the support team through the confirmed contact page. Staff access and viewer membership are separate. Applicable retention rules will be published before launch.
